History and philosophy

The family business was founded by Mr. Nicola Franchi, operating as a lubricant manufacturer since 1980. The current production facility in Giornico, Switzerland, has been running since 1997.
As an independent manufacturer of lubricants, Astris not only put itself as a mere supplier but more as a full-range partner and service provider for his customers. Therefore, in addition to the irreproachable quality of our products, Astris also attaches great importance to the greatest possible focus on customers and flexibility. In compliance with this philosophy, Astris is a suitable and reliable partner for every “private label”.

Astris SA is your ideal partner for the production of Swiss quality lubricants for “private labels” and “store brands“. At the same time our entire and extensive product range is at your disposal.
Upon request, we also manufacture according to individual customer specifications and requirements.

Storage & Logistics

Flexibility and extremely short productions times are of significant importance nowadays.
We offer an extensive range of services in regard to logistics and order processing and are able to manufacture and supply “inline” as well as “just in time”.
We can provide the delivery of your goods in your name and straight to your customers, while confidentiality and anonymity are obviously our top priority.

Laboratory

We conduct all analyses and quality inspections of our products and the applied raw materials in our laboratory.
Moreover, our technicians are at your disposal, to develop customer-specific solutions.
Whenever desired, customer’s used oils can be tested and analysed in our test facility: this enables determining the current status and ensuring the ideal operability of the products.
